Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 25, 2025
1. User Cancellations
Users may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Users will be unable to cancel the booking within 24 hours.
2. Studio Cancellations
If a studio cancels a confirmed booking at any time, users will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. StudioLabs encourages studio owners to communicate cancellations as early as possible to avoid user inconvenience.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 1-2 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Delays may occur depending on the payment provider.
