Yes, bookings must be paid in advance through StudioLabs' secure payment gateway.

Yes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

Once cancelled, refunds are processed through StudioLabs within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

You’ll only be prompted to sign in or sign up when you decide to proceed with a booking.

Studio cancellations are rare on StudioLabs, but we understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a studio cancels your confirmed booking: • You will receive a 100% refund of your booking amount — no questions asked. • Our StudioLabs Support Team will reach out to you immediately and assist in finding and booking an alternative studio that fits your needs and schedule.
