Is an advance payment required?
Yes, bookings must be paid in advance through StudioLabs' secure payment gateway.
Can I get full refund for cancelling my booking?
Yes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
How do I get a refund if I cancel?
Once cancelled, refunds are processed through StudioLabs within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
How can I list my studio on StudioLabs?
Click on “List Your Studio” and fill out the form with studio details, amenities, pricing, availability, and photos. Our team will review and get in touch.
Can I update my listing after it’s published?
Yes, for any updates (like pricing, location, or amenities), please email us at contact@studiolabs.in with the requested changes.
What happens if a user cancels?
If a user cancels within the allowed 24-hour window, StudioLabs will handle the refund process.
Is StudioLabs available in cities other than Delhi-NCR?
We’re currently focused on Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. Expansion to more cities is coming soon!

Do I need an account to book a studio?
Yes, an account is required to book a studio on StudioLabs. Creating an account helps us maintain secure bookings, provide personalized updates, and ensure a smooth experience for both users and studios.
However, if you're just browsing, comparing studios, or checking availability and pricing — you do not need to log in. You can freely explore all listings without creating an account. You’ll only be prompted to sign in or sign up when you decide to proceed with a booking.
How can I pay for my booking?
All payments on StudioLabs are processed securely via Razorpay, giving you multiple flexible payment methods:
• Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, and more
• Net Banking — Access to 50+ major Indian banks
• UPI — Support for Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, and others
• Wallets — Includes Paytm, Mobikwik, FreeCharge, Airtel Money

What happens if a studio cancels my confirmed booking?
Studio cancellations are rare on StudioLabs, but we understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise.
If a studio cancels your confirmed booking:
• You will receive a 100% refund of your booking amount — no questions asked.
• Our StudioLabs Support Team will reach out to you immediately and assist in finding and booking an alternative studio that fits your needs and schedule.
